Chris Brown has reportedly plead guilty in his Washington D.C. assault case.

TMZ reports that the troubled singer struck a plea deal in which he plead guilty and was charged with misdemeanor assault. According to the site, the judge sentenced Brown to jail time already served.

Brown, who reportedly told the judge he just wants the case to go away so he can go on tour, punched a fan in the face outside of his tour bus back in October -- as the 20-year-old man tried to get a picture with the singer. Brown's bodyguard, Christopher Hollosy, also allegedly hit the man. In April, Hollosy was found guilty of misdemeanor assault, though TMZ claims he has yet to be sentenced.

Though Brown has rejected multiple plea deals in the case, it looks like he finally accepted this one. He ultimately ended up spending 108 days in jail in L.A. after the D.C. assault case violated his probation in the Rihanna case.

The singer reportedly apologized in court, and was accompanied by his on-again girlfriend Karrueche Tran.
