Over 700,000 cases of Hostess snack cakes and donuts are being voluntarily recalled due to possible peanut residue. The company has received two notices of allergic reactions to products. A flour supplier recalled their product, which was used in the Hostess products, necessitating the recall. Products affected include Ding Dongs, Zingers, and Donuts. Anyone who has purchased an affected product and who has a sensitivity or allergy to peanuts is encouraged to discard it or return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.
