Super producer Timbaland stopped by TMZ Live on Tuesday and all arrows point to the possibility of JT going country.

Ever since his show-stopping performance with Chris Stapleton at the CMAs, Justin Timberlake has seen a huge surge in sales of song, 'Drink You Away' from his The 20/20 Experience—2 of 2 album.

The album cut was never meant to be a single, but success of the bluesy tune in the wake of Timberlake's performance may be a sign that country music fans would be down for a dose of of the Memphis crooner.

Along with Timberlake, Timbaland wrote and produced the track—as well as every other song on The 20/20 Experience—Parts 1 and 2; so it's only natural if Timberlake makes a move to country, that Timbaland would be in tow.

Timbaland basically told TMZ to blame it all on their roots.

We are country! He's from Tennessee, I'm from VA!

Check out Timbaland's response to their questions about a potential JT country album and tell us if you think they'll be tip-toeing into Nashville anytime soon.

According to Timbo, he's already there.
