Kris Humphries Is The Father Of Kim Kardashian’s Baby – Technically

We all knew this was gong to be the longest pregnancy ever. WHO'S THE DADDY OF KIM K'S BABY? I see a Maury show in the making. Earlier this week, Kanye went in front of 5000 people (and the world, thanks to the internet) to announce that Kim K was preggers. Check this out though - according to California law, Kris Humphries is 'legally' the father of the baby, because the former couple is still legally married.

Kim filed for divorce back in October 2011, just 72 days after marrying Kris Humphries.  But "techincally" they're still married...Yes, MARRIED!

It gets better.

Under California's Family Code, a man is presumed to be the natural father of a child if he is, or has been married to the mother, and the baby is born during the marriage, or within 300 days of it's ending.

No worries tho, all Kimye has to do is prove to the court that Kanye IS indeed the biological father… or, they could just save some money and go on Maury.
