VIOLET, La. (AP) — Louisiana State Police have resended an endangered-missing child advisory for a 5-week-old boy.

The little boy, Tristan Cayden Douglas, missing since Friday, was found safe this morning. The baby was taken to Children’s Hospital in New Orleans, and the doctors there say the child is in good health.

When the investigation started, police thought the child was with his 48-year-old babysitter, Sarah Harris of Violet, and authorities believes he may have be in danger.

No information has been given as to whether or not someone has been arrested in the case.

New Orleans police say Tristan's mother told them Friday that Harris never returned home after saying she was driving to a convenience store in New Orleans.
