Rachel Platten Sings ‘Fight Song’ With a Seven-Year-Old Cancer Patient [VIDEO]

It’s Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, and this video says it all. CHLA patient, Jeremiah, has a lot of heart and a lot of fight—thanks in part to his #FightSong! He surprised singer/songwriter Rachel Platten by knowing the lyrics to her hit single by heart.#ccam

Rachel Platten stopped by Children's Hospital Los Angeles to sing her hit song "Fight Song" with a seven-year-old cancer patient, named Jeremiah, and to her surprise he knew all of the lyrics!

Jeremiah's father, Jerry, told BuzzFeed that his son has always been a huge fan of "Fight Song" and "He used to sing it when he got a lot of headaches, but now he sings it in the morning, before bed, and during shots he has to get." The hashtag #RachelMeetJeremiah started trending on Instagram and eventually made it's way to Rachel on Twitter, and the rest is history!
