Should Tipping Be Outlawed In Restaurants

Do Servers give crappy service to people they think will tip crappy?  Check out what Ex Server Bruce McAdams has to say about .

His name is Bruce and he says tipping a server promotes discrimination!  He says that servers know Men tip better than Women, small parties tip better than larger parties business people tip better than families, teens never tip, certain ethnicity tip worse than others and the server adjusts the level of service you get!

His solution is that we stop tipping all together!  He also says tipping based on the price of a check is stupid.  His point is that you will be getting the same service regardless if you order something expensive or cheap.  Why should the table next to you tip less just because their food was cheaper? Not to mention you are leaving out the cook and other staff that worked just as hard to make the food!
