This is the true spirit of Louisiana!

There is no place in the world like Louisiana. We're so rich in culture, history and beauty. We are the most unique state in the U.S., I don't care what anyone says.

If someone tries to say there state is better, just hit them with "we have Mardi Gras." (Drop's mic and walks off.) LOL!! We have parties a.k.a. balls, before the parties. Like Krew De Bayou's VooDoo Mardi Gras Ball where everyone is invited.

We have snowballs, not snow cones. Everyone else in the US calls where they live a county, we took the liberty to be different and call where we live a parish. We celebrate the life of someone when they die by marching down the street in a second line. We don't put condiments on our food, we take so much pride in our food that we dress it. I could go on and on...

We definitely have a lifestyle of our own, we move to the beat of our own drum, and I wouldn't change a thing. I'm proud to call Louisiana my home.
