Rule #1 in every crazed fan handbook: Never run up on a celebrity - especially when said celebrity is fully equipped with massive bodyguards. One of Lady Gaga's biggest Little Monsters obviously didn't get the memo, as he ran up on Mother Monster like a man possessed as she was exiting a hotel in Romania.

Yesterday Gaga had all the "Little Monsters" in Twitterland in a complete frenzy. She released the full "Born This Way" to her followers on Twitter. The song is focused on love and equality with a release date of Feb 13. Gaga tweeted:
