Usher Is Held In Contempt Of Court During Custody Battle

TMZ is reporting that Rapper/Entertainer Usher, who is still in an ugly custody battle with his ex-wife Tameka Foster, was held in contempt of court today. We have documented on several occasions just how ugly this battle  has gotten, in and out of the courts, but now this case seems to have taken an unprecedented turn!! The judge presiding over the case  has ordered Usher to REOPEN his ex-wife's Saks Fifth Avenue credit card in his name ... after the singer closed the account last year. Tameka says that her ex-husband is hindering her profession, as a stylist, by cancelling her access and account to Saks.

Sticking with the proceedings, Tameka said Usher owed her cash for the nanny bill and continually failed to keep her in the loop about where and when he traveled with the kids. The presiding  judge sided with her here.

While this nasty custody battle continues, Tameka recently lost her son in a boating accident, and Usher immediately chartered her a plane to be with her son. We all thought that with this loss the two parties would come to an amicable agreement, yet that does not appear to be the case.
