Watch As A Complete Lunatic Hits A Mother And A Child While In A Parking Lot [VIDEO]

This all went down in Michigan during a normal day of grocery shopping. A Mother was walking to her car and this lunatic backs right over them, knocking the Mother over. Then he takes off with the child attached to the bumper.

He does stop long enough to let the Mother detach the child from the bumper, Then takes off like a crazy person. It was all caught on video. Luckily the Mother and child are both unharmed and ok. Some one was watching over them.
