Someone Threw A Big Screen Television In A Ditch In Scott [PHOTOS]

Who does this? Wait, you don't have to answer.

I noticed a HUGE television in a ditch today off of Hancock Road in Scott and I could not believe my eyes.

Yes, someone needed to get rid of a big screen television, one of the older ones, and they thought that it would be a good idea to just throw it in a ditch.

Not only is this litter, but this massive TV will also impede water flow in the area. I dare I say, the person who did this will be one of the first ones to complain when their property floods. They'll be asking why drainage is so bad in their area.

Look, we have to be better than this. This is totally unacceptable and I hope that the parish finds a way to locate the owner of this television.

I highly doubt that this TV fell out of a truck or off of a trailer and landed in the ditch. I want to note here that about a month ago I saw a SOFA disposed of in this same area!!
