The iconic Broadway Bridge in Little Rock, AR was set to be demolished on Tuesday (Oct 11) but remained standing after the charges were detonated.

UPDATE: The Broadway Bridge finally fell five hours later with the help of a tugboat!

The bridge had an implosion time set for 10 a.m. on Tuesday after contractors worked all weekend to tear down everything but the steel arches in order to weaken the bridge for demolition.

The charges fired off, but instead of falling into the river, the bridge remained standing after the detonation.

When will it fall? We aren't sure, but thousands continue to watch on Facebook Live as we wait for the bridge to collapse.

According to 5 News, a new bridge should be completed by March 29.
