Caroline’s Cookies Announces Surprise Pop-Up Ahead of Second Location Opening

Caroline's Cookies recently announced that they would be opening a second location in Baton Rouge but while it is under construction they have decided to throw an event in the city to get people excited about the new storefront coming soon.

If you live on the other side of the Basin Bridge and have been dying to get your hands on Caroline's Cookies now you finally have a chance because she will be in your backyard this weekend.

This will be the first Caroline's Cookies pop-up in Baton Rouge and we have the details so you can make your weekend plans to support our locally loved business owner Caroline Merryman.

Where?

While she preps for her second storefront in Baton Rouge this pop-up will take place at Hemline Town Center Baton Rouge to build up the hype for the new store opening soon and give people on the other side of the Basin a chance to snag a box of the gooiest cookies in Louisiana.

When?

Friday, August 11th noon-sellout. We would recommend getting out there early because one thing is for certain, Caroline's Cookies always draws a crazy long line.

From farmer's markets to having her own storefront to opening her second store now Caroline isn't planning on slowing down anytime soon. If you are in the Baton Rouge area and haven't been able to get your hands on her coveted cookies this is a great opportunity to try them out.
