Caroline’s Cookies, a beloved local bakery known for its gooey delights, has achieved a milestone that has been in the mix since its inception. The Lafayette-based cookie haven has announced a sweet update: customers can now indulge in their favorite treats any time during business hours, without the fear of long waits or sold-out signs.

This achievement is a testament to the dedication of owner Caroline Merryman and her skilled team. Merryman shared her vision of serving any customer at any time, and after several years of perfecting the recipe for success, that dream is now a reality. The bakery, which started with lines out the door and a rapid sell-out of its popular flavors, has now streamlined its operations to ensure a steady flow of cookies throughout the day.

Merryman, focused on training her team over the past year, has successfully ramped up production without compromising on the quality that Caroline’s Cookies is known for. This increase in volume means that convenience and selection are now on the menu for every customer who walks through the doors.

While Caroline's Cookies knows it may still have a reputation for selling out quickly, they took to Facebook to share the news.

Adding sweetness to an already exciting announcement, Caroline’s Cookies is spreading its flavors across Louisiana with a new location in Baton Rouge. Construction began this week, marking significant progress in the brand’s expansion efforts. Merryman is bubbling with nervous excitement as her dream continues to rise and things are "starting to get really real," promising to share updates as the Baton Rouge location begins to take shape.

Whether it’s a midday sugar craving or a post-school treat, Caroline’s Cookies is poised to satisfy with a variety of flavors at any given time.

Now, of course, some days will still be busier than others with the possibility of selling out, but with a team of over 30 dedicated staff members, they're baking over 50 cookie cakes and several thousand cookies each week and will be updating socials frequently to keep customers informed.
