Caroline’s Cookies Announces Exciting Changes Coming To Lafayette Location
Caroline's Cookies hasn't slowed down since the first batch of cookies was made in Caroline Merryman's parent's kitchen back in 2020. Since then, she has opened two successful storefronts, first in Lafayette and a second in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Caroline's Cookies has become a household name across Acadiana because she has nailed the art of making thick, gooey cookies that are also Instagram-worthy. Friday morning a huge announcement was made on their social media.
Caroline's Cookies Announces Closure For Remodel Of Lafayette Location
Caroline's Cookies will be closing for the entire month of September for a full remodel.
"Lafayette, we’re bringing you an entirely new shop. In our continuous effort to bring the best thick & gooey cookies in town, we’re excited to re-vamp our space to make an even better experience for yall!"
"We’re starting from scratch so expect an entirely new place coming soon! Because of this, we will be closed September 1st-30th. So, make sure to visit us this month & get all of your favorites"
Caroline's Cookies Is Celebrating 3 Years
Since the Lafayette location will be closed for September, they have decided to bring back two throwback cookie flavors every day to celebrate their 3-year anniversary.
"We are celebrating 3 years in business by having TWO different throwbacks everyday"
