A call about a 'few' snakes led to a major extraction by one local company.

When an Albany, TX homeowner was having trouble with his cable service he decided to investigate the problem via a crawl space under his home. To his surprise, a 'few' snakes were staring back at him. He quickly scurried away and called Big Country Snake Removal.

When they arrived, they realized they were dealing with more than just 'a few' snakes. Once all was said and done, they removed 45 live rattlesnakes from under the man's home. They documented the extraction in an 18-minute video on their official Facebook page.

If you hate snakes, it's probably not something you will want to watch but it does offer detailed insight of what goes into a snake extraction of this proportion.

The company says this type of removal is normal and people should know that it could easily happen to them. They also pointed out that these snakes don't care who you are or what you do when it comes to what they're willing to do to survive.

We run into this scenario often, and people don’t think it can happen to them. Rattlesnakes don’t care how nice your house is or what kind of car you drive - they care simply about survival.

According to the Big Snake Removal, most people get bitten when they are trying to harass or harm the snake. To avoid being bitten the company says it's always best to call a professional to remove a snake if you see one on your property.
