Lightning Strikes Selfie Stick, Kills Man Holding It

A guy was hiking in Wales last week when a bad storm came through, and that's when he made a mistake that cost him his life. He took out his selfie stick to snap a photo of himself in the storm and lighting struck his gadget. 

As a result of the lightning strike---the MAN DIED!!! Yes, his exposed selfie stick acted as a lightning rod and when lightning hit it he died upon impact.

Here's just another reason why I will NEVER own a selfie stick. Not only are they annoying in public, but now it may also be a danger to your life. Or, if you do own one, just don't expose it to the elements when in a storm.

But then again, we live in a world where we feel the need to document every move of our life. Pick your poison.
