Man Dies After Falling Off 18-Wheeler He Was Dancing On Top Of
A 25-year-old man who hopped on top of an 18-wheeler and began dancing died after being knocked off of the truck.
According to police, the unidentified man was spotted on top of a truck on a Houston freeway around 11:30 a.m. on Monday morning (Nov. 10) by motorists who noticed the man "dancing."
The red Kenworth tractor-trailer truck was traveling southbound, and the driver didn’t realize that the man had “jumped or climbed onto the top of the trailer portion of the vehicle”
Eyewitnesses claim the man "began dancing" and seemed like he was recording "a TikTok video or something."
The man was knocked off of the 18-wheeler after the truck drove under an overpass bridge, falling into lanes of busy traffic below.
I saw the contorted body and broken neck and arm. It was horrible way to begin a day. And I took the time to describe the imagery because, it was traumatic for myself and everyone actually there. EVERYONE had the look of, why? Why did this have to happen.
First responders arrived on the scene and rushed the man to a local Houston hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The driver of the 18-wheeler was not charged and released after being questioned by police who determined they were "not driving under the influence of any drugs or alcohol."
This incident is still under investigation and we will provide updates when and info more information becomes available.
