As many companies begin urging customers and employees to get out and vote on November 3rd, Old Navy has announced they're going a step further and offering up to 50,000 of their employees paid time off to serve as poll workers on election day...and that's not all.

In addition to giving employees a full day's pay to work as election judges, Old Navy will also give the rest of their employees three paid hours off to vote according to a post their official Instagram account.

Old Navy executive Nancy Green says in the company's press release via WBRZ.com they are "constantly inspired by our store teams, with their passion for community work and fostering a sense of belonging both in and outside of our store walls. Every voice in this country matters and deserves to be heard at the polls, and if we at Old Navy can be even a small part of making that process more accessible to the communities we call home, we are on board."

Old Navy has teamed up with powerthepolls.com to have their employees trained to work the polls on election day.
