Phoenix Police Officer Slams Teenager Into Wall [VIDEO]

This happened about 5 months ago, and the video is just surfacing, and depending on how things roll, may disappear again soon. A teenager accused of bringing alcohol to school and being drunk was in a scuffle with her mother. Police eventually arrived as the teen was walking away. Phoenix police office Patrick Larrison subdued the teenager by slamming her against a building then handcuffing her while she was down.

According to the East Valley Tribune, the officer has been placed on paid leave pending an investigation.
