In Louisiana we love to get our drink on.

When it comes to ice, we only want it to do one thing -- make our drinks cold. We certainly don't want it to snitch to our friends after we've had one too many. But a MIT student has invented exactly that -- digital ice that monitors how quickly someone is drinking and sends out an alert when they've hit their limit.

Sure all schools and universities have their own form of partying, but let's face it, some schools do it better than the rest. In a recent survey conducted by MyPlan, these schools and universities party the most and party the hardest. And yes, Louisiana is WELL REPRESENTED in the Top-100!!!

Men's Health has announced the drunkest cities in America, and the drunkest city is Fresno, Calif. according to USA Today. To my surprise, the least drunkest city announced is Boston.
