Woman Goes Hysterically Insane Over A Horse Falling Down [VIDEO]

I must say, the words 'insane' and 'hysterical' do this video NO justice. I can't think of what string of words in the english dictionary can properly describe what happens after this horse takes a tumble while pulling a carriage on a tour of Central Park.
