16-Year-Old New Orleans Robber Turns Self Into Police [VIDEO]

The robber in this video, a 16-year-old, has turned himself into New Orleans Police, says WWL-TV.

The 16-year-old, whose name was not released, is a suspect in the attempted robbery that was foiled that was caught on surveillance tape over the weekend. The teen is the suspect in three other robberies in the area.

This particular robbery happened at the 1900 block of Burgundy Street just after 5 a.m. Saturday. Here the suspect is accused of pointing a shotgun at the victim, who turns the tables by grabbing it and then chasing him away. No one was injured in this incident, but because of such a clear surveillance video of the incident, the robber was clearly video graphed and this video went viral.
