Planking is fairly simple to understand, but can be difficult to do, depending on your strength and the strength of the materials you're planking on. I bet this girl wishes she wasn't rolling tape until she was done. As you would imagine, a bad word will fly out of her mouth during the video, so just be prepared.

July 5, 2011 As part of Eat Lafayette, we here at Hot 107-9 get the opportunity to eat at some incredible restaurants across Acadiana. These locally-owned businesses have such diversity that you've got to try them all. In fact, if you visit all the restaurants, you'll be able to register to win a cruise for two at each one! I got the chance to head north of Lafayette to Grand Coteau and dine at a little gem known as Catahoula's on MLK Drive.
July 4, 2011 Now that the initial shock and bitter words have subsided, now the mourning can begin. The crew of 'Jackass' compiled some footage of Ryan Dunn in a tribute video. It's funny, moving and it's the way the team of Jackass as well as all the fans would like to remember Ryan.
