Beyonce & Jay-Z Purchase An $80k Barbie Doll For Their Daughter Blue Ivy

The daughter of superstars Beyonce and Jay-Z, Blue Ivy, recently celebrated her first birthday. However, unlike most 1-year-olds, Blue Ivy reportedly got a barbie doll valued over 80-thousand dollars for her first birthday.

The barbie is a diamond-encrusted doll, and has a value of $80,610.00. This like be one of the world’s most expensive Barbies in world, and Blue Ivy got it!!

You know, as I think back on my gifts as a child, I certainly don't recall ever getting anything close to this. I ask, do you think these celebrity parents are going too far with their gifts? One source told the Sun,  "They wanted her first birthday to set the tone for the rest of her life. They work hard for their money and the first thing they want to spend it on is their baby girl."

Oh, keep in mind, Beyonce and Jay-Z reportedly spent $1 Million on the baby nursery for their new born.
