Cleveland Browns Fan Charged For Urinating On Grave Of Art Modell [NSFW-VIDEO]

A Cleveland Browns fan has given that NFL team's fan base a black eye after he posted a video of himself urinating near the grave site of former Baltimore Ravens owner Art Modell.

Modell died in 2012, at the age of 87, and was instrumental in bringing the Ravens to Baltimore, all while moving his team from Cleveland to Baltimore in 1996. Modell is buried at a cemetery in Pikesville, Maryland. 

Baltimore County Police say that the 61-year-old man in the video, Paul S. Serbu, has been charged with disorderly conduct in a cemetery, Serbu could face up to two years in prison and a $500 fine if convicted.

I have seen some pretty disrespectful actions from sports fans, but I don't know if I have ever seen such a disrespectful thing in my life. To walk into a cemetery and do such a thing is pitiful. Luckily, this immature guy has been caught, and I can only hope that they "potty train" this infant if convicted.
