The delivery company FedEx is addressing the video that recently surfaced showing one of their own employees tossing a computer monitor over a fence while delivering it to a Southern California resident. The video went viral as soon as the customer posted it up on Youtube. Now, FedEx has issued an apology to their customer and have begun an investigation into this incident.

In a statement released by Fedex they said:  'The situation has now been resolved to the customer's satisfaction, and we are handling the employee according to our disciplinary policies...'

While we continue to be surprised about the behavior shown, we know this is an aberration and is not reflective of the outstanding FedEx customer service that makes us proud around the world.

While this video has gone viral in just days with over 2 Million views, the person who posted it says the sad part about all of this is that he was home at the time and that the front door was wide open. He says that he simply doesn't understand why the delivery person didn't knock to drop off his monitor, which as you probably guessed now needs repairs.

There is no word on what sort of disciplinary action will be taken against the employee. However, a spokeswoman for the company told the U.K.'s Daily Mail, this won't be his best day.
