Have you ever been fired because you were too attractive?

Lisa McKinley from Virginia has filed a federal lawsuit against the Salvation Army after they allegedly fired her for being "too attractive" to work there.

McKinley worked at the agency's shelter for homeless men, but she claims she had to leave after her boss said "she put the shelter under her spell!"  From WDBJ7:

According to McKinley, her boss said:

"He kind of blurted out that he wanted to discuss the elephant in the room,” - He was talking about my looks.

He then allegedly asked her "how are you going to handle a shelter full of men gawking over you?"

The lawyer for the Salvation Army said that these allegations are false and they're going to counter sue. A federal judge has looked over the claims and has scheduled trial dates.
