Halifax Police Hand Out Ice Cream Cones To Driver [VIDEO]

You know how sickening it can be when you see those blue lights in your rear view mirror, right? Well, it turns out that not all traffic stops can be a bad thing.

Police in Halifax, Va. bought ice cream cones and handed them out to drivers, who thought they were being pulled over for a traffic violation.

I have to say that the officer in this video played it off well, and had the driver really concerned. Being its been so HOT here in south Louisiana, I wouldn't mind being pulled for not driving with an ice cream in-hand.
