Allow us to introduce you to Melinda Brown Duncan of Detroit. She was being interviewed by a local news station when she WENT OFF on the Mayor of Detroit!!!

Melinda admits that she has no experience running a city, but invited the mayor to give her a chance to run the city if he can't do better. Apparently Melinda has had enough when the problems plaguing the city, and she wanted to be heard.
