Miley Cyrus Sends Sweet Video Message To Ailing Fan Just Before She Passes Away [VIDEO]

Say what you want about Miley Cyrus, but there is one thing you cannot deny, she loves her fans as much as they love her. The pop star recently recorded a message for an ailing fan, Caley Camarillo, just before she died.

Caley suffered from cystic fibrosis and luckily for the young girl she was once able to meet Miley. That being said, Miley was also the last celebrity she'd ever see prior to passing away. The young girl's mom said it meant so much to Caley to hear the message from Miley that the young girl let out a smile prior to her passing.

In the clip Miley says, "Hey Caley it's Miley I've been talking to your mama the past few days. I know we met a few years ago but I want to let you know that I'm still praying for you, I'm still thinking about you, I'm sending you some love, and I just want you to know that you on are on my mind and in my heart and I just wanted to send you a quick message to say hello to you,"

Miley also tweeted out prior to one of her shows, "Tonight's show is for @MissCaley."
