Pedro Quezada, a 44-year-old Dominican immigrant in New Jersey who won the $338 MILLION Powerball jackpot, recently received a lot of attention from the media after his winnings and he also received some attention from the POLICE!!!

The instant millionaire owes $29,000 in child support, going all the way back to 2009. Quesada, the hardworking Dominican immigrant, as five children and says that while he is hard working, tough times financially did not allow him to support his kids. Perhaps now he can support them financially, after all he just recently became the fourth-largest Powerball jackpot winner ever.

Under lottery policy, the back child support payments will automatically be deducted from his winnings. Still, after the with drawings and taxes, Pedro's take will be $152MILLION.
