Rashida Jones Informs Reporter On Red Carpet That She Is ‘Ethnic’ [VIDEO]

There was a very awkward moment at the Red Carpet event during the recent Sag Awards when a TNT correspondent complimented Rashida Jones’ “tan” and Jones informed her maybe its because she’s “ethnic.”

The correspondent played it off and laughed, but deep down I’m sure she wanted to just hide behind a curtain.

As Jones approached Danielle Demski, the reporter on the red carpet, Demski told her that she looked great and very tropical with her “tan.” It was then that Jones, who is the daughter of Quincy Jones, informed her of her ethnicity.

Sometimes you just have to do your homework if you’re reporting from the red carpet.
