A Louisiana woman won big in the Louisiana Lottery Lotto drawing a couple of weeks back and officials have confirmed that she has claimed her prize.

There is good news all the way around for Powerball players.

As you probably know by now, the record-breaking $2+ billion Powerball drawing that was supposed to happen on Monday evening didn't happen due to a technical glitch.

They shook hands back in 1992 and promised each other that if either one of them ever won the Powerball jackpot, they would split the winnings.

No one correctly picked all six numbers in Friday night's Mega Millions draw. And when the next drawing takes place on Tuesday, the jackpot will likely be at an all-time high.
