The man with “The Voice From God.” And the man with several arrest on his record.

Ted Williams, 53, has been busted for theft, robbery, escape, forgery, and drug possession. A local business owner in Columbus, Ohio stated that he has seen Williams and a female companion steal from cars on several occassions. The business owner further stated that he has seen Williams on several occassions urinate in public, and be put in police squad cars on more than one occassion.
