U.S. Marshal Takes Woman’s Phone, Then Destroys It [VIDEO]

The U.S. Marshals office said that they are investigating an incident from California that shows a marshal taking a woman's phone, while she was recording them, and then destroying it. 

The video shows a cop watcher recording the marshals while they conduct an investigation and then out of no where a marshal rushes towards the woman and takes her phone. It didn't stop there though, the officer then takes her phone and slams it to the ground.

Its hard to tell what the woman was saying to the police, and its also difficult to determine if the woman was interfering with the duties of the marshal. One thing we do know is that the woman was left without a cell phone.
