By now we all know why some men use Viagra, the little blue pill, but why are some NFL Football Players using Viagra before games? Well, NFL star Brandon Marshall says he has witnessed it first-hand, NFL players popping the little blue pill before games to enhance their performance on the playing field.

The drug naturally thins your blood, thus it makes it easier to get oxygen to the brain, muscles, and cells in your body. Marshall, who played in Denver for several years, which sits at a much higher altitude than most cities, says that he saw players taking the pill before games to enhance their performances. If I had to guess, Marshall probably saw or heard of opposing teams coming into Denver taking these pills. This would allow players not accustom to the altitude changes in Denver to manipulate their blood flow under such conditions.

However, I ask, what happens if....well you know what I mean. Could you imagine a player on the field having to rush to the sideline and or locker room because of an unforeseen circumstance?

In any case, the league is already having to address the abuse of Steroids and Adderall by it's players. Now it seems that the NFL may have to soon address why and how some of their players are taking Viagra before games. If anything, the league may be saving some it's players from an embarrassing situation if it does outlaw the usage of Viagra in the NFL.
