Congratulations to Chris Brown! He kept his hands in his pockets for the past 52 weeks and he GRADUATED! I'm not sure which step he on in the 12 step program, but hey...it's a good thing!

Chris Brown has just completed his court ordered 52-week domestic violence course and he's so proud of himself...he posted a photo of his completion certificate on Twitter.
