We would like to take the time to remind you that even when you get older, you can still throw down!  Not only does this 86-year-old grandparent have great wisdom, but I bet she can probably show you how to do the monkey bars too.Somebody once told me that age is just a frame of mind and after seeing this video...it has been PROVEN!  According to MSN,

I'm so proud(tears up)!
