Tim Tebow Named Most Desirable Celebrity Neighbor

The Denver Broncos Quarterback, Tim Tebow, seems to not only be catching everyone's immediate attention, he may even be capturing the hearts of many around the country. After being under the proverbial microscope for so long this season, the young man has remained humble through it all. Maybe that explains why he was voted as the one celebrity most average citizens would like to have as a neighbor.  The cast of the reality TV show "Jersey Shore" was named least desirable neighbors of 2011 and 42 percent of surveyed adults said they did not want to live next to any celebrities, up from 27 percent last year.

The annual Zillow poll asks U.S. adults which celebrities they would most like to be their neighbor, and with whom they wouldn't want to share a fence.

Tebow reminds me of the neighbor that would always be willing to watch your property while away, or the neighbor who would always be willing to loan you sugar if need be. While his skills on the field may be in question at times, one thing you cannot debate is that he is an all around good guy.

On the other hand, the one person or group of people you would NOT want to have as your neighbors is the cast from the shore. For the second year in a row, the "Jersey Shore" cast was voted worst neighbors of the year. More than one in four (28 percent)  surveyed Americans found the reality show cast to be the most undesirable neighbors of 2011, a slight increase from 26 percent in the 2010 Zillow Celebrity Neighbor Survey.
