More new details are emerging in the tragic death of Whitney Houston. New reports say that the coroner’s office informed Houston’s family that a deadly combination of prescription drugs, not drowning, is what killed the legendary singer.

Tuesday morning (Dec. 27), TMZ obtained information from the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office which revealed the cause of death of rapper Heavy D.

Comedian, radio personality and actor Patrice O’Neal passed away at the age of 41 on Monday night. He suffered a stroke in October and never returned to good health.

Rapper Heavy D has been pronounced dead at the young age of 44. Heavy D, who had a reputation as one of the influential rappers of the ’90s, was rushed to a Los Angeles hospital today after a 911 phone call was made from his home (via TMZ). He died shortly after his arrival.
