Three Tickets Match Winning Powerball Numbers

Powerball officials say that three tickets matched all five white ball numbers and the lucky Powerball number in last nights drawing. The estimated jackpot was $564 million. 

The winning tickets were sold in Texas, North Carolina, and Puetro Rico. The winning numbers were 11, 13, 25, 39, 54, and Powerball 19.

Louisiana did have one big winner, in Monroe, as someone there matched all five white ball numbers. That person won a million dollars last night in north Louisiana.

The Multi-State Lottery Association reports that nearly six million people won something last night by placing a bet on the drawing.

We hope you were lucky enough to win something in last nights drawing, but unfortunately it doesn't look like anyone took home any of the "big money" here in Acadiana. Oh well, there is always next time---now lets get to work.
