White Woman Sues Sperm Bank For Mix Up, Delivers Biracial Kid [VIDEO]

36-year-old Jennifer Cramblett of Uniontown, Ohio is suing a sperm bank after they mixed up the vials containing sperm. She went into a sperm bank hoping to become pregnant with a white man's child, but later delivered a child from a black man.

The sperm bank apparently missed labeled the donor and now Jennifer is suing them for their mix up. She says that she still loves her daughter unconditionally, but the day will come when she explains to her the mix up.

The suit says Jennifer grew up stereotyping non-white people, didn't meet any black people until college, and says she has, quote, "limited cultural competency relative to African Americans." The lawsuit also states that Jennifer has to go into black neighborhoods, which she says she is unfamiliar with, to give her daughter a recent hair cut.

Jennifer, who is in a same-sex relationship, says that her family had difficulty embracing her homosexuality, and doubts that they will ever be able to accept her daughter for who she truly is.
