Lindsay Lohan Hospitalized, Porsche Totaled After Car Crash

Lindsay Lohan was in a bad car accident earlier today and is currently in an L.A. hospital. According to TMZ, she was driving her Porsche on the Pacific Coast Highway with her assistant in the passenger seat when she was allegedly cut off by an 18 wheeler causing her to slam into the back of it.

In all the photos of the wreckage on TMZ you can see that the the passenger window was shattered and the front bumper was completely off her car. Eyewitnesses tell TMZ that both LiLo and her assistant were bleeding and bruised. Lindsay did not choose to go to the hospital by ambulance when it arrived on the scene, but her assistant did.

There is no word on her condition but sources say she seems OK. Doctors are currently running tests.
