A man being mistaken for Lil Boosie on a Milwaukee television station is actually a father who is desperate to find his son, Major Harris.

UPDATE: Sadly, Major Harris was found deceased. 😢 Prayers to his family and loved ones during this difficult time.

WISN posted a live video featuring the father of Major Harris as he pleaded for help in finding his 3-year-old son. According to another report from WISN, Milwaukee police made multiple arrests in connection with the death of Mallery M. Muezenberger's.

Mallery is Major Harris' mother and she was found dead last Thursday in a yard near 37th and Clarke streets, according to WISN.

At the time of this post, there have been no arrests made in connection with the disappearance of Major Harris, but the family has released a statement.

Harris' father told reporters that he drove from West Virginia to search for his son and felt like the Milwaukee Police weren't doing everything they could to find his son.

The Facebook live video caught traction as people mistook Harris' father for rapper Boosie Badazz.

While the two men do have a striking resemblance, they are clearly not the same person.

There are many people who caught wind of the video due to the mistaken identity, but once they realized the seriousness behind the video, they offered their thoughts and prayers.

If there is any silver lining in the mixup, it's that a TON of viral attention is being drawn to the search for Major Harris and will hopefully push local authorities to ramp up efforts to locate the little boy.

The Harris family has started a GoFundMe and anyone with information on the whereabouts of Major Harris can contact the Milwaukee Police department at (414) 933-4444.
